These men and women roam far from home, searching for threats or their tribe's next living site. This work is not forced on them, and most feel called to it for the long periods spent alone in the wild. Scouts develop an affinity for certain animals and learn their ways, eventually gaining uncanny abilities that cause even the Shamans to look askance at them.
