Blood Rain Mastery

Using Earth and Air, the Shaper creates maelstroms of grit that cut, blind, and bury those caught in their path.

Dust Devil

Duration: Lower of Earth or Air modifier, Rounds
Shaping Time: 1 Round
Concentration: No

Shaper targets a location and a raging swirl of grit 20 ft in radius appears. Any character who is inside the affected area during their turn must make a Earth saving throw or be afflicted with Bleeding I for a number of rounds equal to the lower of the Shaper's Earth of Air modifiers. Failed saves in subsequent rounds increase the Bleeding affliction by 1 (to Bleeding II, etc.). In addition, ranged attacks passing through any part of the manipulation have DISADV.

As Dust Devil, but failed saves afflict Blindness as well.
