Seers (WIP)

A lost art amongst shamans, older even than shapeshifting, far seeing was perhpas the first shamanic gift.

There is a Moon in the spirit world, but not in the material world. The Moon disappeared during the Annihilating Light and was forgotten. Among those who escaped into the Water Guardian were the followers of a true Seer. It was a rare art even in those heady days where soul infusion was common and humans stood at the brink of integration. Are there still tides? Yes. The Moon is there, but hidden, not destroyed. The Moon was used by Seers to orient themselves to the heavens, it was their telescope? I don't know, think on this. But it is impossible to be a Seer now.

Why did they fall back? Link this strongly to the Steward and its fall. Was it Fear? Was it something else? God was not ready, therefore its creations suffered. Analogy: drugs, alochol and other poisons. If the whole human is "god," when you drink copious amounts of alcohol, damage is done to no good end. Exercise however, is damage to a purpose, but can also be misused. What if god is the same? We are cells in god's body and it thinks of us the same way we think of a headache after a hangover or soreness after PT.

Note to self for context on the above: The Steward has hit rock bottom, just like Pressfield talks about in War of Art. Exactly the same.
