Tendrils of raw Earth swirl up from the ground, slowing movement and immobilizing those who cannot break free.

Shaper may raise or lower 10 ft (2 contiguous hexes) worth of ground up to a height or down to a depth of 5 ft. The Shaper may add a number of contiguous hexes up to their Earth modifier, paying 1 additional EP per hex. The depth and height cannot be affected in this way and all the hexes must be either raised or lowered together.
Stoneskin

The target's DR and ER (Earth) are raised by the Shaper's Earth modifier. DR and ER from Stoneskin act like temporary HP and are not recovered once lost. However, they still function if the target would otherwise lose their DR and/or ER such as during a critical hit, Paralysis, or being Incapacitated. Target has DISADV on saving throws requiring physical dexterity and cannot Dash for the duration of the effect.
