Wearables are rare and expensive items painstakingly forged with tralaticon and imbued with a particular element. They must be worn against the skin to be effective.
These items do not provide immediate benefits as the body needs time to assimilate the new element. It takes 24 hours for the benefits to accrue and 24 hours for them to dissipate if the item is removed.
Wearables cannot improve an element modifier above +10 and a character may only accrue bonuses to a given element up to their natural element modifier. For example, if a Warrior has an Earth Modifier of 4, an Air Modifier of 2, and a Water Modifier of 1, they are able to increase Earth to a maximum of 8, Air to 4, and Water to 2 with wearable items. In essence, the more of an element you have naturally or through training, the more you can handle.
